App vs phone browser — what's the difference?
Many people wonder — do you need a separate account if you download the app? The answer is no. krikey has one account and one balance. Whether you play on your phone's browser or log in through the app, everything stays in sync — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and betting history.
The app does have a few extra benefits though. You get push notifications, so you'll know right away when a big match is about to start or your cashback is ready. Navigation is also a bit simpler than the browser — one tap gets you to your favourite game or betting market.
- Same account and balance across both platforms
- Push notifications available on the app
- All features work the same on the browser too
- Log in from any device
Phone login and account security
To log in to krikey on mobile, follow the instructions on the krikey login page. After logging in, keep the following points in mind to keep your account secure.
- Keep your screen lock active (PIN, fingerprint or face unlock) — your account stays safe even if your phone is lost.
- Always keep your OTP private. No one from krikey will ever ask for your OTP over the phone.
- Do not share your password with anyone — friends or acquaintances alike.
- It is best to avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi.
- Change your password regularly and use one that is hard to guess.
Tips for getting the most out of the app
Stable internet
Keep a stable internet connection during live casino or sports betting — 4G or Wi-Fi works best.
Keep it updated
Always keep the app updated to the latest version through official channels — you get new features and bug fixes.
Battery and storage
Make sure your phone has enough battery while playing. Low storage can cause the app to malfunction.
